Nitin Paranjpe has been COO of Anglo-Dutch giant Unilever since May 2019, after having been “plucked from near-obscurity” and appointed the youngest-ever CEO of Hindustan Unilever (HUL) in 2008. He joined HUL as a management trainee in 1982, rising through the ranks and occupying a number of roles – including EVP (Executive Vice President) of South Asia, President of Homecare and President of Foods and Refreshment – on his journey to the senior position in India.

Now globally responsible for delivering in-year results for Unilever, Nitin is focussed on building future capabilities and accelerating the digitalisation of the organisation.

He is the recipient of several prestigious business awards including CNBC India Business Leader of the Year, ForbesCEO of the Year, IAA CEO of the Year and Business World CEO of the Year.

Rishi Khosla

Rishi is the co-founder of OakNorth, the next-generation credit platform that’s redefining lending to lower mid-market businesses globally.

Prior to this, Rishi was the co-founder and CEO of Copal Amba, a financial research firm which scaled to 3,000 employees before being sold to Moody’s Corporation in 2014.

He is also an early stage investor, including series B in Paypal and seed funding for Indiabulls. He has an MSc in Accounting & Finance from the LSE and a BSc in Economics from UCL.
