Due to the nature of the event and its commitment to sustainable planning and operations, all bookings and participation agreements are final and non-cancellable once confirmed. This policy is in place to prevent avoidable waste, particularly in relation to pre-allocated resources such as catering, printed materials, and staffing commitments.

Your table is not guaranteed until we have received written confirmation from you.

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Please do not invite other media. An entry right to media organisations is restricted to those authorised by us.

Force majeure: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to circumstances beyond our control. If the event is cancelled you have the option to book the table at the postponed physical event at no extra cost or take full refund.
